Corporate Case Studies Revealed: Layering Your Marketing Strategy with Innovative Tactics

TAMARAC, FL – (MAY 4, 2010) – On Thursday, May 20, 2010, the Florida Direct Marketing Association Annual Summit will leverage a powerful roster of heavy hitters who will collectively explore the industry's latest direct marketing strategies and trends. The day will also provide bonus workshops created to help marketers ramp up their integrated efforts by focusing on the best business use of LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter.

The morning session will feature B2C and B2B case studies and the insights of the following highly sought-after speakers:

• Bob Mattis, Vice President, Pitney Bowes, will be presenting “Customer Communications 2010 - Landscape, Trends and the Future”

• Tom Triozzi, Senior Vice President, BankAtlantic, will share his experience with the value of “Marketing and the Community”

• Susan Kelly, Vice President, Enterprise Marketing Services, Xerox Global Services, gets to the heart of marketing as she explores “Achieving Customer Wow! How Understanding Your Customer Will Achieve Loyalty and Advocacy”

After lunch, the Summit will be serving up a series of Social Media Workshops, delivered by some of South Florida's most respected social media practitioners. The consecutive workshops on LinkedIn, Facebook and Twittter will be hosted by FDMA President Jeffrey Yaniga.
